Final clean
We charge a flat fee of £70 per stay for the final clean.
Tourist tax
The tourist tax is £3.50 per person per night and applies from the age of 15.

Pets are welcome upon request. Don’t hesitate to contact us to discuss the options.
Payment terms
To confirm your booking, we require a deposit of 30% of the total amount. You can settle the remaining balance shortly before your arrival via bank transfer or pay in cash upon arrival.
Arrival and Departure
Your accommodation will be available to you from 15:00 on the day of arrival.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to check out by 10:00 at the latest so that we can prepare everything for the next guests.
Cancellation policy
We understand that plans can sometimes change. In the event of a cancellation, the following conditions apply:
- Up to 31 days before arrival: Free of charge
- from 30 days before arrival: 30% of the total cost
- from 7 days before arrival: 70% of the total cost
- on the day of arrival: 90% of the total cost
